Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, blockages and faulty fixtures ensuring minimal disruption to clients' daily routines.
- Install and maintain a variety of plumbing systems from residential to commercial setups following local codes and regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems identifying potential problems before they escalated.
- Utilize specialized tools and technologies such as video inspection equipment to accurately assess plumbing conditions and provide effective solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training program in plumbing is highly preferred.
- Valid plumbing license or certification, demonstrating compliance with local regulations and standards.
- At least 3-5 years of hands‑on plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings is essential.
- Experience with specialized plumbing systems like gas lines, irrigation, or water treatment systems is a plus.
