- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in residential or commercial carpentry, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Certifications in safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and carpentry techniques are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring all work is compliant and up to standard.
