Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong set of handyman skills. The Handyman is responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work. The candidate must be able to work independently, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and ensure high‑quality workmanship at all times.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs and repairing appliances.
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.
• Paint walls, doors and other surfaces as needed.
• Repair or replace broken fixtures and furniture.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment or systems.
• Ensure that all work is completed within the given time frame and meets quality standards.
• Keep track of materials and supplies needed for repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience working as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Salary: $1,200 per month
