MEP Technician; HVAC - Emrill

Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a formally verified ITI (Industrial Training Institute) diploma or equivalent technical certification, specifically focused on Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable, hands‑on experience in commercial or premium residential facilities management, demonstrating deep technical competence in troubleshooting central chillers, FCUs, and complex 3‑phase electrical panels.
• Exceptional physical stamina required to work in confined, unventilated ceiling ducts and extreme outdoor temperatures. Ability to read technical schematics and communicate professionally in English with high-net-worth tenants is strictly required.

• Execute rapid, highly accurate diagnostic repairs on complex HVAC and mechanical systems across premium residential communities, strictly adhering to contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to prevent tenant complaints.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules on heavy infrastructure, including cleaning chilled water strainers, replacing drive belts, and calibrating building management system (BMS) sensors.
• Maintain absolute compliance with Emrill corporate HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols, correctly utilizing required PPE and strictly executing lockout/tagout procedures before handling high‑voltage equipment.
