Installation Engineer

Role Overview

The Installation Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting the Installation and AMC Services Team in the execution of various security system maintenance tasks. This includes handling casual jobs, preventive and corrective maintenance, site evaluations, inspections, and ensuring compliance with authority regulations as per ADMCC/SIRA police rules. The role emphasizes adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business needs, aiming for high customer satisfaction and upholding professional work ethics and standards.

• Responsibilities
  Understand Security Systems:
  Gain in-depth knowledge of security system installation and AMC services.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to SIRA/ADMCC requirements.
• Project/AMC Requirements:
  Comprehend the specific needs of various disciplines for projects and AMC services.
• Task Management:
  Complete daily tasks and assigned PPMs punctually and efficiently without escalating issues.
• Troubleshooting:
  Address and resolve issues with all types of security systems under maintenance, within the agreed SLA.

  Guide clients on the usage and maintenance of their security devices.
• Reporting: Provide necessary updates to the business through reports and documentation.

• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Stakeholder & Customer Service:
  Proficient in managing stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service.
• Qualifications:
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of experience with security and ELV systems, including CCTV, ACS, WiFi, Data, Voice, Barriers, Intercom, Signage, and Intruder Alarm Systems.
• License:
  Valid UAE driving license.
• Certification: SIRA/ADMCC certification
