Repair Technician – Marine

Role Overview

As a Repair Technician, your primary responsibility is to maintain proficiency in the technical aspects of our products and ensure efficient problem resolution on the first attempt.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Share knowledge with peers and guide team members towards achieving excellence.
• Perform service, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical and electrical components.
• Expand technical expertise to encompass new products and systems.
• Proactively attend to workshop and field assignments to preemptively identify and resolve issues.
• Utilize tools and adhere strictly to service manuals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Wiring diagrams to minimize rework.
• Execute tasks meticulously, adhering to standards and specifications outlined in standard operating procedures.
• Utilize service checklists and effectively interpret workshop manuals, SOW, and Wiring diagrams.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet specified output requirements.

• Possession of a Trade Certificate, Technician Diploma, or equivalent in Marine or Automobile Engineering.
• 5-10 years of hands‑on experience specifically with marine diesel engines.
• Demonstrated track record of independent service, repair, and troubleshooting skills.
• Hold a valid UAE driving license.

This position will report directly to the Service Manager.

• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reporting.
