Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician based in Dubai AUH United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on construction equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Replace or repair defective components.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Knowledge in Equipment Maintenance – Diesel Generators, Forklift, Tower Lights.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues at site.
- Knowledge and experience in preventive maintenance and maintenance repair techniques.
- Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical electrical diagrams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical field (preferred).
- Relevant work experience in the construction equipment rental or similar industries.
