Job Overview

Experienced HVAC Technician and VRF Specialist with over 5 years of expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and VRF/VRV systems. Specialized in Fujitsu and O General systems, along with hands‑on experience in Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, Carrier, Trane, and York units. Skilled in handling residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC projects while ensuring system efficiency and reliability.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and VRF/VRV systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for split ducted, cassette package, and VRF units.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and communication faults in HVAC systems.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak testing, vacuuming, and gas recovery procedures.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and control schematics.
• Troubleshoot inverter systems, compressors, PCB boards, sensors, and controllers.
• Install copper piping, insulation, drainage, and duct systems.
• Ensure smooth operation and energy efficiency of all HVAC equipment.
• Follow safety standards and maintain service reports and maintenance records.

• HVAC electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Familiar with BMS and HVAC control systems.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands‑on HVAC and VRF experience.
• Gulf/UAE experience preferred.
• HVAC certification/license is an advantage.

• Commercial buildings, hotels, villas, malls, hospitals, and residential projects.
• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of VRF systems.
• AMC maintenance and emergency breakdown services.

Fujitsu, O General, Daikin, plus strong knowledge of VRF/VRV installation and maintenance. Specialized in Fujitsu and O General systems, with hands‑on experience in Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, Carrier, Trane, and York units.
