Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to detect potential issues before they become major problems.
- Perform hands‑on repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures using advanced tools and techniques to restore functionality promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections to track equipment performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field is highly preferred.
- At least 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in facility maintenance or industrial maintenance roles.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics to effectively perform repairs and renovations.
- Strong electrical knowledge, including familiarity with wiring, circuit systems, and safety regulations.
