HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading technical services company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, chillers, split units, VRF/VRV systems, ducted units, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities as per scheduled maintenance plans.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system testing.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain service reports and document maintenance activities accurately.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete assigned projects and service requests.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls when required.

• Filipino Nationality
• Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience working on split ACs, package units, ducted units, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Good problem‑solving and fault‑finding skills.
• Familiarity with UAE safety standards and maintenance practices.
• Basic English communication skills.

• Experience in facilities management or technical services companies.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
