Responsibilities
- Execute precise carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and finishing of structures according to blueprints and specifications.
- Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on carpentry equipment and structures to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry preferred.
- Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or specific trade certifications.
- Demonstrates 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in residential or commercial carpentry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
