Job Purpose
To support the Facilities Engineer / Facilities Manager in managing day‑to‑day facilities operations across all assigned properties. The FM Supervisor will coordinate maintenance activities, attend site issues, supervise technicians and service providers, ensure timely completion of work, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and assist in managing daily hard and soft FM activities across assigned properties including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works.
- Coordinate with AMC contractors and service providers for scheduled and emergency works.
- Proper coordination and follow up with service providers for carrying out the PPM as per schedules for HVAC, pumps, water systems, elevators, gym equipment, pool, landscaping, pest control, and other assets.
- Support the Facilities Engineer / Facilities Manager in FM operations across all assigned properties and respond to client requirements.
- Attend maintenance complaints and coordinate immediate rectification.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all assigned properties, and service areas are maintained in good condition.
- Attend any maintenance issues directly when required.
- Guide technicians and ensure proper quality of work.
- Monitor recurring issues and report root causes with recommended solutions.
- Follow up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely response and completion.
- Ensure work is carried out with minimum disturbance to occupants.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and as per HSE requirements and subcontractors are using proper PPE and safe work methods.
- Report unsafe conditions, damages, leakages, electrical hazards, or compliance issues immediately.
- Assist in material checking, material purchase, and stock monitoring.
- Ensure maintenance records, service reports, quotations, approvals, and checklists are properly maintained.
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Minimum 6‑8 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management.
- Latest/current experience should be as Facilities Supervisor / FM Supervisor.
- Experience in luxury high end properties and villas is preferred.
- Strong hands‑on experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance is required.
- Good supervision and team coordination skills.
- Ability to identify faults and provide practical solutions.
- Ability to manage technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good administration knowledge in emailing, reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
- Good follow‑up skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of UAE safety practices and FM standards.
