Senior​/Electrical engineer -(High-rise Building

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical wiring conduits and lighting systems
• Lay cables and install trunking conduits DBs SMDBs and panels
• Perform wiring termination and connection works as per drawings
• Carry out insulation and continuity tests for all circuits
• Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and breakdowns
• Follow DEWA and Dubai Municipality electrical and safety standards
• Use proper PPE and follow lock-out tag-out procedures
• Coordinate with engineers foremen and other site teams
• Report daily progress and work completion to the supervisor
• Handle and store electrical materials and tools safely
• Install fire alarm emergency lighting and low-current systems when required
• Attend toolbox talks and follow site safety instructions
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Ensure all work is done as per approved drawings and project timelines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high‑rise building construction
• Strong knowledge of DEWA standards and electrical safety procedures
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and layouts
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or confined spaces
• Good teamwork and communication skills
