Technician – Home & Kitchen Appliances

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician specializing in Home & Kitchen Appliances, located in Dubai. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various kitchen and home appliances. Key tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, replacing faulty components, documenting repair processes, and providing excellent customer service during service visits. The Technician will also collaborate with the service team and stay updated on the latest appliance technologies.

• Install and commission home and kitchen appliances at customer locations
• Diagnose faults and repair defective appliances efficiently
• Repair and replace faulty parts and components as required
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Test appliances after repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety
• Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Explain appliance operation, care, and maintenance procedures to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare repair reports
• Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment required for service activities
• Follow company policies, service procedures, and safety standards at all times
• Coordinate with the Service Centre team to ensure smooth service operations
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all service visits

• Certification or Diploma in Vocational Training is an advantage
• Valid UAE Driving License
• 3–4 years of experience in appliance repair and installation
• Strong technical knowledge of major home and kitchen appliances
• Ability to use various hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment safely
• Proven experience in the repair and installation of major home and kitchen appliances is mandatory.
