Multi-Skilled Technician

We’re looking for a well‑rounded, proactive Multi‑Skilled Technician to take charge of the technical upkeep across our lively pub and bar outlets. This role requires a problem‑solver with hands‑on expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general maintenance—someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is committed to keeping operations running without a hitch.

• Diagnose and resolve issues swiftly across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive repairs with minimal disruption.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, bar utilities, lighting fixtures, and back‑of‑house systems.
• Ensure venue‑readiness for entertainment setups, events, and operational shifts.
• Communicate clearly with outlet managers to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement long‑term fixes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
• Keep maintenance logs and documentation updated.

• Technical certification or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC fields.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in the workplace, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to requests.
• Skilled in troubleshooting diverse systems and offering creative fixes.
• Strong initiative and independence in solving complex technical challenges.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and during peak operational hours.
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the same capacity.
