With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral spart of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues, where you will be responsible for the repair & maintenance of all the wooden structures and buildings of the resort. This covers but is not limited to villas, public areas, staff accommodation, beach & outdoor furniture.

Does construction, fabrication of new furnishing, in-house projects involving carpentry works as and when required.

• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed and maintained.
• Ensures (MR) maintenance requests are carried out in an efficient, professional and timely manner and backlogs are kept at a minimum acceptable level all the time. (Any issues with the materials should be reported to superiors.)
• Ensures that any given tasks are completed within reasonable time, and the quality of work is maintained up to "one and only" standards.
• Ensures the maintenance and cleanliness of all tools, equipment as well as the work area including the carpentry workshop.
• Ensures that new ideas and skills are applied as and when required.

• Good communication & interpersonal skills are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in furniture carpentry, building and construction in the field.
