• Maintain all refrigeration and air‑conditioning equipment, performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and control property temperature and air quality.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain pipe assemblies, electrical systems and electronic wiring, valves and fittings.
• Diagnose HVACR system malfunctions using test equipment and hand tools, locating and correcting breakdown causes.
• Keep the engineering area clean and orderly.
• Follow departmental safety analysis and work accident‑free, creating a safe environment for yourself and others.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical trade course certificate in electronic/electrical/mechanics/HVACR or a related field.
• 4+ years of facility‑management experience, including at least one year in an international 5 star hotel brand.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as an AC technician; pre‑opening experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining MEP systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools for building construction or repair.
• Ability to read building air‑conditioning, refrigeration and electrical drawings.
• Analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Capability to work independently with minimum supervision and well within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑service ethic.
