is a growing Dubai-based HVAC and maintenance company providing air conditioning, repair, maintenance, and technical services across residential and commercial properties. We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Senior HVAC Technician
to join our team and support our expanding operations across villas, apartments, offices, retail units, and commercial buildings.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, and chemical cleaning
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and vacuuming
• Troubleshoot electrical faults including thermostats, PCB boards, sensors, capacitors, and contractors
• Service and maintain split units, ducted split systems, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and VRF systems
• Conduct inspections and provide accurate fault diagnosis and recommendations
• Complete service reports and maintain proper job documentation
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle standards
• Support general maintenance activities including basic electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs when required
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers and facility management teams

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience in the UAE
• Strong experience in service, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
• Experience with refrigerant handling, gas charging, and leak detection
• Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience working on FCU, AHU, VRF, split, ducted split, and package units
• Basic maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, painting, and general handyman work) would be advantageous
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
