AC Duct Cleaning & HVAC Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Perform AC duct cleaning, coil cleaning and HVAC maintenance services
• Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Operate duct cleaning machines, vacuum equipment and related tools
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for residential and commercial properties
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards
• Complete service reports and communicate findings to supervisors
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas after service completion
• Handle customer interactions professionally

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AC duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance
• Knowledge of split AC, package units, FCU, AHU, and ventilation systems
• Ability to use duct cleaning equipment and HVAC tools independently
• Experience in residential, commercial, and office projects preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required
• UAE experience is preferred
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
