Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of ducting systems ensuring adherence to blueprints specifications and safety regulations for optimal airflow and efficiency
- Coordinate and supervise a team of duct installers providing clear instructions assigning tasks and monitoring progress to maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular inspections of ductwork installations identifying and rectifying any defects or deficiencies to guarantee quality and prevent future issues
- Manage and maintain inventory of ducting materials tools and equipment ensuring availability and proper condition to prevent delays
- High school or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on technical aptitude and practical skills.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as HVAC certification, demonstrating competence in ducting systems
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Ducting Foreman or similar role, showcasing expertise in ductwork
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial ducting projects, demonstrating experience with varied projects.
