Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage, providing efficient and reliable solutions.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical and plumbing systems to identify potential hazards and recommend necessary upgrades or repairs.
- Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of electrical and plumbing systems in new constructions and renovations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical and plumbing systems is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Journeyman Electrician or Licensed Plumber to demonstrate technical proficiency.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in both electrical and plumbing roles within residential and commercial settings.
- Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
