Construction Bookkeeper/Contract Admin (temp to hire)

Location:

Dublin, California (onsite)

Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000 per year

Overview:
Established and growing construction firm in Dublin, CA is seeking to add a Construction Bookkeeper/Contract Admin to their team. This is 100% onsite in Dublin, CA and a strong temp-to-hire role. DOE

Responsibilities:

• Maintain construction project accounting records and assist with project documentation
• Process accounts payable and receivable, payroll (including union and certified payroll), and change orders
• Support Project Managers with liens, waivers, and related documentation
• Assist with basic billing and contractor administration
• Prepare reports and maintain Excel spreadsheets

Qualifications:

• AA or BS in Business or related field; 3+ years of experience (a degree is a plus)
• Must have recent hands-on construction industry bookkeeping/accounting or contract admin experience
• Experience with Union Payroll, Certified Payroll, basic billing, change orders, and project-support activities; some training will be provided
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Onsite work in Dublin, CA
