Bookkeeper
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who can manage the full cycle of bookkeeping functions and help support the financial operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting schedules
- Coordinate with outside accountants for tax preparation and audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
