About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Corporate Services, to join our Tailored Brands Corporate Services team. This position is an integral and highly visible role within the organization working in partnership with internal and external business partners. This individual will manage daily operations of our Dublin, California offices. This role coordinates vendor visits, prepares meeting space and meeting requests, reports building and facility repairs to ensure the safety of those within the working space.

The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, service oriented professional who provides high level administrative and operational support to senior leadership and strategic team members This is an in-office position based in Dublin, California and reports to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Services.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding office operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee and manage office renovations and employee moves, as needed, in collaboration with external and internal design partners.
  • Collaborate building events/meetings with business partners, executing any tasks that may be essential in the planning and success of the event/meeting.
  • Maintain accurate office records and documentation in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Manage conference rooms, visitor logs, and badge access
  • Supervise administrative support team, providing training, performance evaluations, and support to encourage a cohesive team environment
  • Maintain and manage work orders in current software
  • Update and maintain compliance documentation with relevant and approved policies and procedures.
  • Order meals, office supplies, and coordinate office services
  • Complete administrative tasks, including managing inventory supply levels and supply orders
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support leadership and business operations
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or 5 years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role
  • Operates with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple duties and assignments with competing priorities
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to relate with people, as well as produce reports and correspondence as appropriate.
  • Professional discretion and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution oriented approach
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, or similar software, is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross functionally
  • Ability to manage relationships, motivate, and lead groups of people at various levels, and influence actions to conform to the objectives of the company.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis.
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from the Dublin Corporate office.
