Patient Care Coordinator

La Vie MD is hiring a part time Patient Care Coordinator for our Dublin location.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and patient experience. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, organized, friendly, and confident with sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, educating them on treatments and products, and helping convert inquiries into booked appointments.

Position: Part Time Patient Care Coordinator

Location: La Vie MD Dublin

Pay: $22.00 to $50.00 per hour, including commission potential

Commission: 5% commission on eligible sales

Schedule: Part time

• Greet patients and create a warm, elevated patient experience
• Answer phone calls, texts, and patient inquiries professionally
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Educate patients on treatments, skincare, packages, and wellness services
• Support sales of skincare, packages, treatments, and wellness services
• Maintain organization of the front desk, retail area, and patient flow
• Assist with social media content and clinic marketing when needed
• Keep communication platforms, scheduling systems, and patient leads updated
• Support the provider and team throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment

• Minimum 1 year of aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness clinic experience required
• Experience with patient scheduling, lead follow up, and customer service preferred
• Comfortable with sales, upselling, and patient education
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and self motivated
• Able to multitask in a fast paced clinic environment
• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and patient care
• Comfortable learning scheduling systems, patient communication platforms, and clinic protocols
• Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
