Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis using tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Python on complex data models producing customized reports and insights.
• Develop new or revise existing data analysis to predict business outcomes.
• Develop and use metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders.
• Manage small to mid-size projects.
• Provide visual management via tools such as Power BI or PowerPoint presentations.

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
• MBA or graduate degree desired.
• 4 years of related work experience minimum.
• Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, tools and tactics.
• Advanced understanding of fundamental analysis and what‑if modeling concepts.
• Creative problem‑solving skills.
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of key drivers affecting business results.
• Strong project management knowledge and skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi‑tasking skills.
