About the Role:As a Corporate Construction Coordinator, you will manage administrative functions of the Construction Department, exercising discretion and judgment in all aspects of the job. You will be responsible for the monitoring and coordination of all aspects of the project development/construction schedule for new stores, remodels, special projects, and contract close outs; serve as liaison to outside departments, vendors and various industry contacts;
and maintain a well-organized and efficient department ensuring that all day-to-day activities are resolved.
Coordinate construction activities for new store openings and remodel projects, ensuring schedules, documentation, and project milestones are completed on time.
Prepare and manage construction contracts, project documents, payment applications, invoices, and cost tracking reports.
Monitor project budgets, construction costs, change orders, and vendor payments for accuracy and compliance.
Serve as a key liaison between Construction, Real Estate, Facilities, Architecture, Store Planning, landlords, contractors, and vendors.
Support bid solicitation, contract administration, vendor communications, and prequalification processes.
Manage project closeout activities, including legal documentation, reimbursements, lien waivers, and final project completion requirements.
Track store signage, utilities, possession dates, insurance forms, and other critical project deliverables.
Maintain accurate records, prepare correspondence, and provide timely project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
1 – 2 years of previous general clerical and office experience
Ability to operate effectively in a challenging environment
Previous experience and knowledge preferred in working with established industry standard construction contract and bid documents
Ability to exercise independent judgment, work independently with excellent organizational/follow-up skills
Excellent communication, both oral and written
Ability to prioritize and facilitate multiple projects simultaneously, balance ongoing duties with several special projects and perform accurately and professionally under pressure with very short deadlines
Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel
Able to type 45+ WPM with accuracy
Superior analytical skills both mathematical and problem solving
Work hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.Onsite work model

Pay Details:$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
