The Production Manager oversees day-to-day production operations across our church campuses, schools, and major events. This role supports the mission and vision of Brave by leading teams, maintaining reliable systems, and ensuring excellent production environments for every gathering.
What You’ll DoManage production operations (audio, video, lighting, staging, and events) across church campuses, schools, and special events.
Lead, train, and support volunteer and staff production teams, fostering a culture of excellence, joy, and ownership.
Collaborate with Campus Pastors, School Administration, Worship Leaders, and ministry teams to ensure production effectively supports each service or event.
Coordinate with trusted vendors and experts to maintain, upgrade, and implement production systems and infrastructure.
Implement and uphold consistent systems, standards, and workflows across multiple locations.
Manage schedules, contractors, and event coverage, stepping in when needed to ensure smooth and excellent execution.
Reliable, distraction-free production environments across all campuses and schools.
Volunteers and staff who feel supported, equipped, and enjoy serving together.
Strong, collaborative relationships with pastors, school leaders, and ministry teams.
Production systems that are well-maintained, dependable, and prepared for growth.
A servant-hearted leader with a passion for people and ministry.
Experience supporting or leading production teams in church, school, or live-event environments.
Organized, dependable, and relationally strong.
Technically capable in production systems, with sound judgment on when to involve experts.
Collaborative, calm under pressure, and willing to step in as needed.
