Brave Church & School - Production Director

Overview

The Production Director leads all production efforts across our church campuses, schools, and major events. This role exists to serve the mission and vision of Brave by building strong teams, reliable systems, and excellent production environments that support every gathering.

• Oversee all production operations (audio, video, lighting, staging, and events) across church campuses, schools, and special events.

• Lead, develop, and care for volunteer and staff production teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, joy, and ownership.

• Partner with Campus Pastors, School Administration, Worship Leaders, and ministry teams to ensure production effectively supports each service or event.

• Work with trusted experts and vendors to plan, implement, upgrade, and maintain production systems and infrastructure.

• Establish consistent systems, standards, and workflows that scale across multiple locations.

• Manage staff, contractors, schedules, and event coverage, stepping in when needed to ensure excellence.

• Distraction-free, reliable production environments across all campuses and schools.

• Healthy, well-equipped volunteers and staff who love serving together.

• Strong partnerships with pastors, school leaders, and ministry teams.

• Systems that are sustainable, scalable, and ready for growth.

• A servant-hearted leader who loves people and ministry.

• Experienced in leading production teams in church, school, or live-event environments.

• Relationally strong, organized, and dependable.

• Technically confident in production systems, with good judgment on when to involve experts.

• Collaborative, calm under pressure, and willing to step in when needed.
