An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Architect/Senior Architect in West Dublin. This hybrid position involves working on pioneering Data Centre and Life Sciences projects during crucial development phases. Ideal candidates will be RIAI or RIBA registered architects with substantial experience in medium to large-scale projects. As part of the pre‑construction team, you will assess architectural packages, liaise with external designers, and contribute to meaningful design solutions.
Your insights will shape cutting‑edge construction practices and enhance project outcomes.
- Evaluate and propose architectural packages
- Collaborate with external designers on projects
- Review construction methods and assess impacts
- Prepare subcontract packages for submission reviews
- Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
- Skilled membership to RIAI or RIBA
- Over 10 years of architectural experience
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations
- Recent site experience in construction advantageous
- Strong organizational and communication skills
