Stratford School is seeking an experienced Elementary Mandarin Teacher to join our K–5 teaching team. This role is responsible for delivering engaging Mandarin language instruction that develops vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in a collaborative, academically enriching environment.
What You’ll Do:
Teach Mandarin to K–5 students through creative, interactive lessons
Deliver instruction that exceeds standard grade-level expectations
Implement Stratford’s rigorous curriculum with innovation and care
Collaborate with fellow teachers to support student success across disciplines
Build a positive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and responsibility
What We Offer:
Salary Range: $61,000- $68,000
Location:
Dublin, CA
Employment Status:
Full-Time (10-Month School Year, Monday–Friday)

What We’re Looking For:
BA/BS from an accredited college or university
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Previous classroom teaching experience preferred
Strong classroom management
Passion for teaching and a team-oriented, growth mindset
