Robotics and Roblox Instructor

Role Overview

Grow Wise Learning is seeking an experienced Robotics Instructor to independently deliver hands‑on robotics sessions for summer camp programs. Instructors operate as independent contractors, bringing their instructional expertise to a defined, short‑term engagement.

• Grades 3–5:
  Robotics fundamentals
• Grades 6–8:
  Advanced builds and problem‑solving

• Deliver robotics instruction using agreed‑upon learning objectives
• Lead hands‑on build and programming activities
• Manage classroom flow during camp sessions
• Ensure a safe, engaging learning environment
• Contribute to content preparation, including:
  • Suggesting activities or project ideas
  • Customizing sessions based on student skill level

• Experience with robotics platforms or STEM programs
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or camp instruction experience
• Ability to independently manage a classroom session
• Strong communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Contractor controls instructional methods and delivery style
• Paid per session or per program (not hourly employment)
• No employee benefits provided
