Manufacturing Engineering
Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing and assembly processes for precision optical and microscopy systems. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities. Improve productivity, yield, takt time, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Lead tooling, fixture, workstation, and assembly equipment development initiatives. Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and manufacturing process documentation. Perform root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and process troubleshooting.
Support automation, digital manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 implementation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing.
