- Lead product engineering activities across the entire product lifecycle, from concept through development to product release and sustaining.
- Drive product characterization, data analysis, and yield improvement to ensure product performance, quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Optimize test coverage, guard bands, and production test limits to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing cost.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing, reliability, and customer-related issues to improve product robustness.
- Drive product quality metrics including yield, defect density, customer returns and reliability performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and field application engineers to support product releases, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of semiconductor product engineering experience, preferably in analog and mixed-signal ICs.
- Hands-on experience with Power Management ICs and a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, including wafer fabrication, assembly, packaging, and production testing.
- Proven expertise in product characterization, yield improvement, statistical process control, reliability qualification, failure analysis, and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering and manufacturing issues.
