The Manufacturing & Industrial Engineer will design and optimize factory layouts to improve workflow and efficiency, manage production planning, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. They will also conduct time studies, perform line balancing, and support New Product Introduction activities.
Requirements:Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and various engineering methodologies is required.
