Job Title: Senior Manager, FP&A (Corporate P&L/Planning)

Location: Dublin, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)- Bay Area candidates only, please

Well-established national retailer is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join its Corporate P&L/Planning group under Corporate FP&A. Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role will assist in managing this multi-billion dollar company’s full P&L and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic decision-making. This individual will play a key role in the company's long-term strategic planning, forecasting, and executive reporting, working cross-functionally to influence business decisions at the highest levels.

Key requirements:

  • 9-10+ yrs FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at least 4 years in a Fortune 500 company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • Full P&L oversight, with at least $2B in revenues
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with EPM software (Hyperion, TM1, Cognos, SAP, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, connect insights, and tell a compelling financial story
  • Excellent communication & business partnering skills with an ability to collaborate across teams and present to executives
