• Must be in the process of obtaining an esthetician or cosmetology license OR have a current license for esthetics/cosmetology in California.
• Current student studying for an esthetics or cosmetology certificate/degree.
• Innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome.
• Work well in a team environment, perform receptionist and cleaning duties.
• Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests (optional Manzilian certification).
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable to guests and staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance during working hours.
• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and fixed schedule.
• Grow guest base with self‑marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives.
