Position:
Senior Solution Architect (Snowflake) with potential to grow into Principal-level role. This role requires strong architectural leadership and hands-on capability to build quick proofs of concept (POCs). The candidate will have deep expertise in Snowflake-based data platforms, Medallion Architecture, data security, and modern analytics tooling.

• Define and lead Snowflake solution architecture aligned with enterprise data strategy
• Design and implement solutions based on Medallion Architecture principles
• Build and support quick POCs to evaluate architectural options and guide technical decisions
• Provide architectural guidance while reading, understanding, and writing code when required
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to define scalable data solutions
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices are embedded in designs
• Support data transformation, modeling, and analytics use cases
• Act as a senior technical advisor with the ability to evolve into a Principal Architect role

• Senior-level Solution Architect experience with Snowflake
• Hands-on capability to build quick POCs, including Python development experience
• Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture
• Solid knowledge of data security concepts and implementation
• Experience with dbt (data transformation)
• Expertise in data modeling, SQL, DBT, and defining data structures
• Experience with analytics and BI tools, including Micro Strategy and Power BI

• Experience in the retail domain
• Familiarity with Alation or similar data governance tools
