Join a growing team! We’re hiring 15 highly organized, service-oriented Technical Support Coordinators for an exciting opportunity with our Medical Device client in Dublin, CA.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the central hub between customers, field service teams, and internal stakeholders—ensuring seamless coordination of technical support activities and delivering an exceptional service experience.
Salary: $24.99 - $25 per hour

Work hours:
5:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Education required:
Associate
- Answer incoming service calls from customers.
- Engage with the customer to answer and ask technical questions that determine whether the customer will be best served remotely or dispatched by a Field Support Engineer.
- Process tickets.
- Ensure all information in calls is accurate and update master data following established processes as necessary.
- Maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
- Prioritize workload with multiple and conflicting timelines.
- Maintain currency of, and adherence to, applicable GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures; abide by state and federal employment laws.
- Maintain attendance in line with company standards.
Working Hours:
6 hours a day / 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
Staggered working hours: 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM, 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM, or 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

Pay offered will be based on factors including education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
