Product Ownership and Execution
Own defined product areas or subsystems within OMS and Contact Center platforms. Translate business needs and operational requirements into clear user stories and system requirements.
Define feature priorities in alignment with established product strategy and roadmap direction. Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, service resolution time, adoption, and defect trends.
Support roadmap planning by identifying enhancement opportunities and areas for optimization. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature refinement with business and engineering teams. Partner with business and QA to ensure requirements are testable and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
Coordinate with operations and support teams during releases and rollouts. Participate in discovery sessions to evaluate new capabilities and process improvements. Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs and escalates when necessary.
Omni-Channel EnablementSupport end-to-end order lifecycle capabilities including capture, sourcing, routing, fulfillment, modifications, and returns. Partner with store, contact center, and ecommerce stakeholders to improve workflows supporting omni-channel execution such as pickup, ship‑from‑store, assisted selling, and order servicing.
Ensure system behavior is consistent across ecommerce, store, and service touchpoints. Collaborate with engineering and architecture to understand system dependencies and integration points across OMS, POS, inventory, CRM, and ecommerce platforms.
Stakeholder EngagementServe as the product lead for assigned capabilities. Build productive working relationships with business, engineering, and operational stakeholders. Communicate feature progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Gather feedback from users and partners to continuously improve system performance and usability.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience required.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant product management or related experience.
- Solid understanding of enterprise retail operations and omni-channel workflows.
- Experience working with integrated systems such as OMS, POS, inventory, ecommerce, or contact center platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
