Are you a Business Analyst with experience supporting ITSM and CMDB projects?
We have a 3–4-month project to support one of our clients located in Dublin, CA as they transition from SNOW to Salesforce. They are looking for a strong Business Analyst/Project Manager who has supported a Service Now (ITSM) migration. They are moving to Salesforce (AI interface).
This consultant will be working with our offshore development team and the onshore client business teams to ensure a smooth transition. Change Management or OCM experience is a huge plus as this is going to be a big change.
Candidates MUST be local to Dublin, CA and able to go onsite as needed.
This is a w2 project. Please - No c2c or 1099 at this time.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis, project management, and OCM/change management. The ideal candidate will have past experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and technologies, with proven capabilities in technology and process implementation or migration. You will serve as a critical liaison between client stakeholders and development teams, ensuring successful delivery of automated ITSM solutions along with organizational change management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate communication between client stakeholders and solution development teams, including geographically distributed groups both onshore and offshore.
- Analyze client ITSM and CMDB challenges to help refine and optimize proposed automated solutions.
- Develop persona-based organizational change management (OCM) artifacts such as communications, training materials, and job aids.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, service desk agents, and resolver groups to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Minimum of 8 years overall experience in business analysis.
- Proven past experience in project management.
- Expertise in change management, organizational change, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with technology and process implementation or migration initiatives.
- Experience with Service Now platform.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Knowledge or experience in AI automated solutioning.
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $65.00/Hr.
