AI Engineer (Copilot Studio)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
• Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
• Work hands-on with Azure foundations supporting agents
• Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
• Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
• Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post-launch
• Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
• Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
• Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting

Copilot Studio Agent Creation (Not Just Copilot Chat):

• Strong Power Platform foundation
• Hands-on Azure experience
• Azure backend / foundations used in this chatbot
• Chatbot build experience with real examples
• Support & troubleshooting mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be hands-on ("worker bee")

Microsoft Copilot Studio:

• Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Virtual Agents)
• Azure (backend foundations)
• Microsoft ecosystem collaboration
• Hybrid enterprise environment with evolving AI roadmap
