Location:

Dublin CA (onsite Tue-Thurs onsite in Dublin CA)

• Run project delivery for an AI-related product/use case from kickoff through execution
• Manage work in 2-week sprint cycles
• Coordinate recurring business demos/check-ins
• Translate technical updates, blockers, and engineering language into business-friendly communication
• Translate business needs/feedback back to the engineering team
• Drive follow-up across cross-functional groups
• Keep execution moving in a fast-paced / iterative environment
• Coordinate with offshore team members, including early calls and cross-time-zone collaboration
• Support roadmap execution, milestone tracking, issue management, and stakeholder alignment
• Help shape the delivery approach with a product mindset, not just traditional task tracking
• Partner with finance/business users in an early-stage AI implementation where requirements may evolve
• Manage project communications, delivery rhythm, and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to work across business and engineering
• Strong communication / translation skills
• Agile / sprint-based delivery experience
• Product mindset or comfort operating in a more product-style delivery model
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts / terminology
• Ability to collaborate with offshore teams
• Comfortable in fast-moving, iterative environments
• Able to manage business stakeholders and shifting requirements - previously supported projects for Finance/Accounting stakeholders and end-users
• Retail experience
• Finance / accounts payable domain exposure
• Prior AI implementation or AI-enabled workflow project exposure
• Strong certifications (PM-related)
• Broader technical fluency / architecture-adjacent comfort
• Experience in Microsoft/Azure-heavy environments

· Experience with business demos every sprint / product review cadence

• Has delivered AI-adjacent or automation programs, even if not deeply technical
• Has worked with finance, AP, workflow automation, or service operations
• Can clearly explain how they handled changing requirements and iterative demos
• Has experience coordinating between offshore engineers and local business users
• Brings a calm, polished communication style
• Shows adaptability, ownership, and strong stakeholder instincts
• Understands how to run work like a product, not just a checklist project

Must Have

• Candidate is too technical / developer-heavy without PM communication strength
• Candidate is a generic PM who cannot speak credibly with engineers
• No comfort with offshore collaboration / odd-hour coordination
• No agility / adaptability in changing business requirements
• Weak communication or stakeholder management
• Not local / not able to satisfy onsite cadence
• Expects a pure strategy role instead of execution
• Needs highly defined requirements and struggles in evolving, early-stage environments
