Qualifications Technical Competencies

Scripting & Automation:
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Groovy, Python, and experience with API usage and tools like Postman for query testing.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of Jira Software, with the ability to customize complex projects, automate workflows using JQL, scripting, and built-in automation tools.
• Extensive record of Atlassian customization across at least 8 years as a Systems Engineer or 10+ years as a Systems Administrator.

• 2–4 years of experience managing Okta, including developing automation through APIs and tools like Okta Workflows or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated success in leveraging APIs and services to automate tasks across platforms.
• Strong scripting skills (Groovy or Python) for integration and system automation.

• Self-Starter:
  Proactive and independent with a proven ability to deliver results without close supervision—consistently exceeds expectations.
• Problem Solver:
  Strong troubleshooting abilities; digs into root causes and resolves issues effectively, even in ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.
