• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver products and features that improve customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Prioritize product investments based on market opportunities, customer insights, and business value.
• Work with cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
• Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance.
• Establish clear product roadmaps and communicate priorities across stakeholders.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Builds alignment across executives, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive advantages, and customer value propositions and align product decisions with revenue, market, and business objectives.
• Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and market analysis and translate into product requirements.
• Manage product lifecycle, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and releases.
• Use analytics, KPIs, experimentation, and performance metrics to guide product decisions.

An Bachelors in Computer Science in Information Technology is preferred.

2-4 years of experience required.

Product certifications such as:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Google Analytics.
