Position: Project Manager (Offshore)

Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and People Soft/EBS/Banner consulting firm headquartered in Dublin, California. We specialize in Oracle Cloud, ERP implementations, managed services, and digital transformation solutions for higher education, public sector, and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our offshore delivery team in India.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
6–7 years of project management or project coordination experience in an IT consulting, ERP implementation, or professional services environment.
Experience managing multiple concurrent software implementation, cloud migration, ERP, or managed services projects.
Experience working with cross-functional technical and functional teams.
CAPM certification is preferred. PMP certification is a plus but not required.
Experience with Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, People Soft, Banner ERP, or similar enterprise applications is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized client projects while supporting larger enterprise engagements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
Coordinate project activities across technical consultants, functional consultants, clients, and management.
Track project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
Monitor project budgets, effort tracking, and resource utilization.
Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
Manage change requests and maintain project documentation.
Collaborate closely with senior project managers to support larger strategic initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Astute's project management methodologies and quality standards.
Build strong client relationships by providing timely communication and excellent customer service.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams.

Ideal Candidate

6–7 years of IT Project Management experience.
Experience working for an Oracle Partner, ERP consulting firm, SI, or managed services organization.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, People Soft, Banner ERP, or other enterprise applications.
Comfortable managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
Experience coordinating implementation, upgrade, migration, or application support projects.
