Intune Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Intune Engineer with strong enterprise endpoint-management expertise to support the design, implementation, integration, and operational management of Microsoft Intune, Android Enterprise, SOTI Mobi Control, iOS/iPadOS, Microsoft PKI, and identity technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience evaluating existing endpoint environments, designing scalable MDM/MAM solutions, implementing Intune policies and configurations, supporting Android Zero Touch enrollment, integrating SOTI Mobi Control with Microsoft Intune, and troubleshooting iOS certificate-based authentication using Microsoft PKI.
This role will work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Identity/IAM, Networking, Application, and Service Desk teams to deliver secure and reliable enterprise endpoint-management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the existing Microsoft Intune and endpoint-management environment and determine readiness for new endpoint and mobile-management capabilities.
- Gather technical and infrastructure requirements from stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable endpoint-management solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM policies, configuration profiles, compliance policies, enrollment profiles, application deployments, and endpoint-security configurations.
- Develop and execute Proof of Concept (POC) solutions in non-production environments prior to production deployment.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute production rollouts while minimizing disruption to end users.
- Implement and support Android Zero Touch enrollment and provisioning at enterprise scale.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SOTI Mobi Control and its integration with Microsoft Intune.
- Support SOTI/Intune compliance partner integration, ensuring device-compliance information is properly communicated and enforced.
- Collaborate with Identity Providers (IdP), Microsoft Entra /Azure AD, IAM, and authentication teams to support secure device enrollment and access.
- Design, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot iOS/iPadOS certificate-based authentication and certificate deployment using Microsoft PKI.
