We are looking for an experienced R&R/B Tech who shares our values and thrives in a high-volume environment. Your Role in Our SuccessAs our R&R/B Tech, you'll be the backbone of our high-volume operation. This isn't about cutting corners to hit numbers – it's about combining speed with precision, knowing your craft well enough to work confidently, and taking pride in every job that rolls out of your bay.
What You'll Do Every Day Core R&R Work- Execute efficient remove and replace procedures on brake systems, suspension components, exhaust systems, and other high-volume repairs
- Perform wheel bearing replacements, CV axle installations, and steering component work with consistent quality
- Handle tire mounting, balancing, and TPMS service with speed and accuracy
- Complete fluid services, cooling system work, and battery replacements
- Maintain strong efficiency while never compromising on workmanship or safety
- Work systematically through your repair orders, managing your time to keep the shop flowing
- Communicate effectively with service advisors about job status and any additional findings
- Flag complex diagnostic issues for senior technicians while handling your core responsibilities
- Keep your bay organized and efficient – your workspace reflects your professionalism
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures without exception
- Properly document all work performed and parts used
- Treat every vehicle like it belongs to someone you care about
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on automotive repair experience
- Proven track record in a professional shop environment (high-volume experience is a plus)
- Strong foundation in brake systems, suspension work, and common R&R procedures
- Comfortable with shop management systems and basic diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
