- 8-10 years’ experience in Industrial / manufacturing engineering
- Experience in low‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing environment
- Productivity improvement projects with cost saving
- Highly experienced in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- SOP & Work Instruction Development
- Capacity Planning & Productivity Analysis
- Production planning and scheduling
- Factory Layout & Space Utilization Planning
- AutoCAD / Factory CAD
- PFA, FMEA, Control Plans, RCA & CA
- Lead tooling, fixture, workstation, and assembly equipment development initiatives
- Warehouse optimization initiatives
- Production KPI Analysis
- Exposure to automation and smart manufacturing system
