Material Handler

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move locate, stack and count materials.
• Load and unload trucks, inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage, and complete necessary documentation.
• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods between storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle count as needed.
• Stage material for production according to work orders and schedules.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to support workflow and minimize downtime.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance (e.g., forklift pre-checks)
• Assist in packaging, labeling and palletizing finished products as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift certification with demonstrated safe operating history.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work in fast paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
